Can i customise my order?

Customisation is not available for ready-stock journals at the moment. This helps ensure orders can be prepared and dispatched quickly while we prepare for the next drop.

If you’re looking for more personalised or custom designs, keep an eye on our Pre-Order batches, which will be announced on our Instagram @kismetpages. Each batch will have a limited number of slots available.

When will you be restocking?

We don’t have a fixed schedule for product drops. All restock and release announcements will be shared on our Instagram.

Does my journal need regular maintenance?

Yes, giving your journal a little care will help keep it in great condition. We recommend occasionally cleaning and conditioning the leather, and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or water.

Over time, the leather will naturally develop a beautiful patina and may gain subtle marks from use – adding even more character, uniqueness, and charm to your journal.

What kind of leather do you use?

We use only high-quality leather in our products. Our leather is carefully selected for its durability, natural appearance, and long-lasting performance. This ensures that every item not only looks premium but also ages beautifully over time.

Why does each leather journal look slightly different?

Each journal is made from 100% genuine, high-quality leather. Because leather is a natural material, every piece has its own unique grain, texture, and markings.

These natural variations mean that no two journals are exactly the same, giving every journal its own distinctive character.

All covers are crafted from individually sourced leather pieces. Stock availability depends on what is available at the time of sourcing, which means exact colours and textures may not return once they are sold out.

Shipping FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. During checkout, you can view the countries we currently ship to and select your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown based on your destination.

If your country isn’t listed, feel free to reach out and we’ll look into shipping options for you as soon as possible.

When will I get my order?

Every order is carefully prepared by me, a one-person operation, so each item receives personal attention. Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 2–3 business days
  • Europe: Around 5 business days
  • Outside Europe: Up to 10 business days

Since every order is handled and packed personally, it may take a little time — but you can be sure it’s prepared with care, attention, and love.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Yes! We follow the Dutch and EU consumer regulations. You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Please make sure the item is unused and in its original condition.

To start a return or exchange, contact us via email with your order details. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Note: Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Are international duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

No, international duties and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities. You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or other fees upon delivery, depending on your location.
