Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items damaged through misuse
- Used or worn items
Because our leather notebooks may be handmade or customized, personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the wrong item was delivered
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
- Original standard shipping costs will be refunded
Additional shipping upgrades (express delivery, priority shipping) are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund.
